The Wimbledon Tennis Championship is held at the The All England Lawn Tennis & Croquet Club, which is responsible for staging the world's leading tennis tournament (Wimbledon Tennis Championships), is a private club founded in 1868 originally as The All England Croquet Club, and its first ground was situated off Worple Road, Wimbledon.

Travel to the Wimbledon Tennis Championship by public transport is easy! It is the recommended route since car parks are often many miles away and shuttle buses take you to the Wimbledon Tennis Championship.

Points to note for travel to Wimbledon Tennis:
There is a fast train service from London Waterloo to Wimbledon Station. Note That Wimbledon Station is some way from the Wimbledon Tennis Championships and up a hill!
Alternative main-line train service from London Victoria Station (change at Clapham Junction).
Thameslink trains also operate to Wimbledon from Luton and stations across central London including Kings Cross Station.
There is also a tram service from Croydon to Wimbledon Station.

Tube TrainThe nearest tube station (District Line) is Southfields. It is one stop from Wimbledon Station. Tube Trains run every few minutes. From Southfields it is either a short walk or take a bus.
